Our meeting rooms can be hired for one-off or regular meetings. Available to book by the hour, half or full day.

We have two meeting rooms at our Greencoat House venue which can be adapted for your specific needs. Whether that be a training course, board meeting or interviews.

The rooms all come with IT and AV presentation facilities, flipchart and white board, Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms are provided with stationery (pens, pencils and A4 note pads).

All BPE venues/meeting rooms are fully DDA compliant with disabled access and facilities.

Baker Street: Approximately 355 square feet – up to 18/20 boardroom style

Room Daily Rate: £290   + VAT

Room Half-Day Rate : £165  + VAT

Room Hourly Rate: £55  + VAT

Farringdon: Approximately 185 square feet – up to 6 delegates boardroom style

Room Daily Rate: £135 + VAT

Room Half-Day Rate: £85 + VAT

Room Hourly Rate: £28  + VAT

I've rented a serviced office in BPE's Greencoat House venue for around a year now.  I've found Joy and her team to be helpful and efficient, and they've responded very quickly on the couple of occasions when I've had minor issues with the facilities.  But beware, in addition to the advertised services, BPE provides a seemingly bottomless supply of confectionery of various descriptions in the shared kitchen, so it might not be altogether a suitable choice for clients who need to maintain a low calorie intake but are lacking in self-discipline!
