Would you prefer to keep your personal address private and use a business address for business correspondence? 


Aimed at businesses who receive around 20-100 items of business mail per month, our professional business mail forwarding service could be the ideal solution.


For just £35 (+ VAT) per month, we can handle all your business correspondence on your behalf.  We don’t operate PO Boxes or pigeon hole collection services. All of the mail delivered to our office is personally sorted by our trained administration team and forwarded on to its relevant destination, or kept safe until you collect it.


Whether you're a sole trader or a limited company and whatever your reasons for needing a business mailing address, we can help (subject to ID verification).


This service is particularly useful to web-based or e-commerce businesses who don't have a physical premises but require a business address to comply with the EC Directive Distance Selling Regulations.



Mail Forwarding at a glance:

  • Have your mail forwarded to our address and collect it yourself, or we can send it on to you.
  • Have your mail delivered to our business address and forwarded to any UK address of your choice.

£35.00 (+ VAT) per month subscription

If mail is to be forwarded a £100 deposit will be required (refundable at the end of the contract)



Terms:


  • We will require one month's payment in advance payable by BACS
  • If you require us to forward your mail to another address, we will require a deposit of £100 (+ VAT) refundable at the end of the contract.
  • You will also need you to fill out one of our business address package forms and provide original photo ID & an original Utility Bill.
  • As this is a monthly service and to avoid interruption, we require you to set up a Direct Debit You will receive a VAT invoice/receipt each month for your records.
  • Any postage costs will be invoiced at cost on a monthly basis.
  • Your service will be active/available within 48-hours of the above being completed/received.
  • The above service is on a rolling monthly contract and can be cancelled at any time by giving one month’s notice, after completion of one month’s service.
